Bleeding Edge Price, Middling Performance

I'm currently using it as a notebook drive with Win 7 loaded on it. No tweaking needed for very solid performance, 100mb/s read, which is due to the limitations of my mobile chipset (HP DV2600CTO), but 3 times as zippy as my 5400RPM drive it replaced....

Awesome Reads, but well short of advertised speeds ; On a P45 mobo (ICHR10) Read Speeds ; Max around 200MB/s, Min Around 150MB/s, average 172MB/s ; Very pleased, edges out my 2x 640GB WDAAKS Raid 0 by a small margin, and does not suffer the same...

The Write speeds, on the other hand, aren't even funny. Max 100MB/s, Min 0.1MB/s, avg 54MB/s. HDTune is NOT the best representation of performance for a SSD, but that's still a weak showing
