Plextor's M6M mSATA SSD isn't the cheapest you can buy at each capacity point, but its 256GB version kept up with many of the 2.5-inch SSDs we've tested of late. It's a fine boot-drive upgrade for an mSATA-capable mini-PC or ultrabook.
