I was surprised at how easy it was to switch windows 7 over to AHCI. It took longer to find the instructions than to actually do it. I will definitely pick 1 of these up for my Ivy Bridge build.

Excellent Hard Drive

I bought this hard drive when it was on sale and it has been excellent for the last 3 months. I have reached the advertised read/write speeds. The Data Migration tool was simple enough to copy my OS from one SSD to another

I had a little trouble with the Samsung Magician software. Had to install the old version, then upgrade to get it to see my SSD ; Samsung magician prevents Windows from sleeping (it's a bug) had to do some Googling to fix it

Super upgrade for most any computer when you get the kit.
