Easy to install Small & Cheap Returns sorted the faults out immediately!

Both failed within 4 weeks and had to be returned. Could've been a faulty batch but put me off and bought the Samsung 840 500gb

Completely changes the Windows startup experience. Everything is up and running immediately. No mess, no fuss, no annoying waiting around while the notification area icons load at startup. It's all just there and finished and done the moment Windows...

You do have to start being careful of where you install stuff, again. I've had several TB of storage for the past few years and having to pay attention to where things are installed again has been a bit of a readjustment. So long as you're confident...

Very quick. Replaced a velociraptor which I thought was quick but it was a real dinosaur in comparison.

-Great speed improvement over standard HDD -Silent due to lack of moving parts -Great price for an SSD

-Not really a bad point, but the drive itself does not come with a fitting bracket for 3.5" drive bays. Luckily my CM Storm Scout came with a bracket, but if you don't have one they're available for as little as £5.

Works really well for all my Steam and Origin games. Good size for lots of games. Always nice in BF3 to be the first to spawn in at the start of a round for choice of vehicles ;)

Not as fast as some so perhaps not the best for the OS.

Quick SSD .. transformed my MBP.

Not really a bad point but it is thinner than a standard 2.5' drive. It did not say it was a 7mm drive. So be aware if your laptop has no cradle and slots in.
