I purchased a Transcend 1GB 44-pin Horizontal IDE Flash Module from PC Connection Express. I used this in an HP thin client and found it to be within specification of the thin client. The product was competitively prices compare to other online vendors...

This was the only exact drive I could find for this purpose. If you do need this exact kind of drive, there aren't many options. This is a good one, but if your connector has the room I would recommend a compact flash adaptor instead, much cheaper.
