5.8 GHz Wireless Audio Transmitter, Model 1500

I have a pair of active speakers in my bedroom which I want to connect to the master AV receiver in my livingroom. Since I didn't want to run the wires throughout my studio, I opted for this wireless kit.

I read some of the negative reviews and was somewhat hesitant to buy this unit since some reviewers state that it has poor range. I am trying to get audio from my livingroom to my kitchen speakers without running wires.
