For the money these are by far the best speakers on the market. i tested out some speakers double the price at another retailer and these simply outperformed them. not sure how they sound so good at that price but they do. they're used in our exercise...

I mounted these in ceiling above porch. Speakers are nicely built w/ rubber surrounds and poly cones. Should hold up fine under roof. Sound great, especially with the junk I am powering them with!

I have to agree with the reviewer who said these speakers sound "muffled". I don't know if I would go that far, but I compared these with an old pair of 2-way speakers I have which were not expensive. Treble on my old speakers -- thinks like tamborines...

Great sound and light on the wallet. I would buy a set again ... and ... again! [$] for a set is such a deal.
