its great when i go walking, holds up well, and the sound quality is very good, even when im along side the ocean. but i can also hear when people or cars go by.....no suprises!

Really the best headphones!! Perfect price and they are sweat-proof, however the headphones may tend to break because of being careless, so don\'t throw these headphones around so much.
