Bose SoundLink Revolve

The Bose SoundLink Revolve delivers rich, powerful Bluetooth audio in a water-resistant design, but feels slightly overpriced.

Strong audio performance for size, with rich bass and clear highs. Built-in speakerphone. Water-resistant design.

Comparatively pricey.

Purists seeking a flat response-style speaker won't be pleased with the SoundLink Revolve's pronounced boosting and sculpting in certain ranges, and booming bass fiends will want to seek out a larger speaker. The SoundLink Revolve+ doesn't offer...

Bose SoundLink Revolve review

Cylindrical design, 360-degree omnidirectional sound.

The sleek Bose SoundLink Revolve Bluetooth speaker sounds excellent for its compact size. Battery life is good at 12 hours, there's a threaded tripod mount on the bottom of the speaker and an integrated microphone for speakerphone calls.

Expensive, and the cradle that makes charging easier is an optional $30 accessory. The pricier Revolve Plus sounds even better.

While I'd lean toward the bigger Revolve Plus, Bose's SoundLink Revolve is still of the best-sounding Bluetooth speakers for its size.

Bose SoundLink Revolve review

This petite Bose Bluetooth speaker makes a huge impact…

Great omnidirectional delivery ; Big, solid, punchy sound ; Good timing and dynamics ; Petite, portable design ; Good feature set

Rivals sound more articulate and detailed ; Not especially rugged ; A bit pricey

Huge performance from a tiny speaker - this talented Bose speaker could be worth a place in your home

Bose SoundLink Revolve review: High class Bluetooth audio

Top-quality Bluetooth audio, but you pay through the nose for it

Compact and lightweight ; IPX4 shower resistant ; Great sound quality

Expensive ; Loses control at top volume

It’s simple to use, practical, looks great and sounds wonderful – that's enough to earn the speaker a well-deserved Expert Reviews Recommended gong.

Bose SoundLink Revolve

The buzz in Bluetooth speakers these days is all around 360-degree audio, with the music sounding the same no matter where you are in the room. The SoundLink Revolve is Bose getting in on that omnidirectional-audio act.

A little stunner of a Bluetooth speaker, with effective 360-degree sonics.

Bose SoundLink Revolve review: Brilliant 360-degree audio in a compact package

It isn't smart, but Bose's compact 360-degree speaker sounds fantastic

The main qualm here is the price. At £200, the Bose SoundLink Revolve is more expensive than an Amazon Echo and a Google Home.

Bose SoundLink Revolve review: Smart sound that fills the room

Bose has been thinking out of the box when it comes to audio design and quality. This time Bose has done it again with the Bose Soundlink Revolve, an omni-directional speaker. As the name suggests, the speaker is able to project sound in 360 degrees....
