You really need too hear these speakers to understand what you're missing.

OK. A true story (owners of bipolar speakers can probably relate to this). I finally realized that the overpriced and seriously disappointing Yamaha speakers that came with the Yamaha HTIB system that I bought last year were never going to produce a...

Awesome speakers!

Just picked up a pair of these bad boys at the local audio store not but 3 miles away for a whopping $360 a pair! Yep, thats right, "a pair." Couldn't resist the price and I was in the market to replace my Klipsch WF-35's anyway. Not that the Klipsch...

superb speaker

This is the best center speaker I have ever had. It matches perfectly with my Definitive Technology BP6 right and left front speakers. They are also the best I have ever had. You can't go wrong with Definitive Technology.

VERY nice

Way back in 1997, I bought a ProCinema 100 system, with the ProMonitor 100s, ProCenter 100, and ProSub 100 ("Thundering Betty"), and had some cheepies for the surrounds. Always LOVED it. As a 40th birthday present to myself, decided to upgrade the...

7006 at a great price

I purchased these speakers because of the clearance price $800 for the pair. They have since replaced not only my Mythos 2 speakers, but a stand alone powered sub as well. With these 7006's and their built in 150 watt amps, the bass is much "truer"...

Good quality as usual.

Definitive Technology just keeps knocking them out of the park! I have had BP-6's for more than 7 years and I have always been happy with them. I recall working at Ultimate Electronics when I asked one of the salesman about speakers I should buy. We...

Detailed Highs Great Bass

This is very high quality speaker. Bass response is amazing with dual 5.25" woofers. Highs are detailed and overall sound response very pleasing. These blew away my existing JBL Northridge N38IIs that had 8" woofers. I am powering them by a Denon 1802...

Definitive Technology BP 8

Ive own these speakers for a very long. These where my "nice" speakers that I bought in college. Back then, I compared them to Vandersteens, Sonus Faber, Magnepan and Martin Logan. Compared to those, the BP 8 speakers just had a certian "rightness" to...

Amazon tech advice was excellent on BP^

When replacing my old speakers used in my home theater, I asked for advice from Amazon tech services. They recommended these Definitive Technology BP6's as really good speakers but not too expensive. Was she ever right! These are the best I've ever...

A nice surprise for the SET and Tri-path crowd

I've had these speakers for about a month. Other speakers owned are Fostex (Tekton),Aerial, Zigamahornets (Merrill drivers) Magnepan's (1.6's). I Like these speakers quite a bit. I can use them on my 2.5 watt SET or my Virtue ONE t-amp and get...
