Sounds great. The remote gives you several placement options that will affect sound quality. Also, it's nice that the sub automatically comes on when the a/v is engaged and automatically turns off when not in use

Really nice speaker, but the adhesive that hold the grill magnets in place came loose. I had to re-glue them since the speaker frame itself is plastic. Once that was done they stayed.
