Audioengine AP4B Black (Pr) 2-Way Passive Bookshelf Speaker

Before buying these speakers I wasn't sure what I was getting. Audioengine made some lofty claims about their build quality and after trying out the A5 active speakers I was a bit dubious. They really did win me over though, and here's why:

Polk Audio Atrium 7 Speakers (Pair, White)

Energy V-SW10

Simply the best subwoofer ever used in my life. Blows away competition. Connected with Yamaha RX-V887 and boy this packs a punch and the best part is that volume on the sub is low. Tested Thor 3D 7.1 channel and the action sequences came to life. I...

I purchased these for something they were probably not made for. We go to trade shows, and we custom built a storage unit that we can place in the middle of our booth with TV's on each side and our equipment on each side as well. In the past I have...

Monitor Audio Silver RX 8

One benefit that comes from the development of flagship products like Monitor Audio's Platinum PL300-based speaker system (HT, October 2009) is that the technology often filters down into less expensive models in the manufacturer's line. Of course, it...

Energy CR 10

Perfectly complement my other Energy speakers. These are used as L&R surround and do not overpower the front 5 speakers at all . the sound blends well. I will be purchasing 2 more for the rear surround to bring the system up to 7.1

ES30CH

I was use to Advent Mini Towers mated to a Denon Integrated amp @ 50 watts/ channel. My equipment was vintage 1989. I bought the JBL E30 speakers because they are JBL's. JBL makes really good speakers that handle a lot of power - 125 watts max. I put...

GURU QM 10

A very clever close-to-wall standmount, has speed and time coherence like a single full-range driver system, yet also sounds much bigger than it looks, with fine imaging. Speech is a bit coloured and bass could have more grip
