Dali IKON 7

I bought them sight unseen. My dealer got me a pair new for $1200, very happy with them. I intend to build a 7.1 system around them. The good, they love great material. Poor source and they sound ok, if you hit them with really good recordings they...

In some magazines (english) the speakers were described almost as the next best thing since sliced bread, which actually persuaded me to buy them. Unfortunatelly they did not turn out as good in real life. I would not describe the speakers as great...

Dali IKON 7

Icon 7 work for me as the second system together with Rotel 02 electronics. Cables from Supra and Audioquest, relatively big room - 50 m2. I have used before Ruark Prelude II speakers for the system, the same price but smaller floorstanding pair....

Great build, made in Denmark what means quality, natural sound, strong bass line. Price

Big, can show their best with higher level electronics ; It is difficult to believe they can play so good since they are so nonexpensive. :-)

Dali IKON 7 MkII review

Dali's IKON 7 MkII boasts proprietary drivers and Danish assembly

Wide dynamic range and fine coherence ; Sweet and smooth to end

Rather dull black vinyl woodrint finish

DALI Ikon 7

The Dalis offer epic thrills at a very attractive price, and there's not much wrong with that

Wonderful, big-scale dynamics; excellent tonal balance produces a hugely enjoyable sound

Can be beaten for small-scale dynamics and detail; could do with a little more attack

Click on graphic above for a PDF version of the Test Report for Dali's Ikon 7 Loudspeakers I liked Dali’s Ikon 7s. They’re very efficient, so you won’t need a great deal of amplifier power to extract their best performance, and they’re also very...
