I'm a big iPod fan but not necessarily of headphones. Hence, I've been thru many portable speakers to use with the player on my walks. This is just about the least inviting of the lot--as big as a mini-boom box, plasticky and garish, with wasted space...

Allows for temporary escape from earphones
