Outstanding Subwoofer

I could not be more happy with my purchase of the LBL ES150PBK Subwoofer. The specifications (300 watt, front-firing) speak for themselves, but I am also pleased with the extra long cable included for connecting to my receiver. The design (not square)...

Plenty of sound

I purchased this to complement my 5.1 surround sound system. It's connected to a Pioneer VSX-1019AH receiver using the LFE jack. This speaker is large and heavy and puts out impressive, clean bass.

Hooked this up last night. Wow...it shook some candle holders right off the wall in a 23' x 15' media room! My wife could feel the vibration 35' away through the concrete floor while watching Transformers! Simple to hook up and adjust. Great...

Powerful and Clear for Medium-Sized Room

I wondered if this subwoofer would be powerful enough for my 25 x 20 foot room with vaulted ceiling. And, it absolutely is. When the levels are set to high it shakes the entire room with clear, powerful bass.

JBL Is Not The Same Quality As It Once Was

JBL Is Not The Same Quality As It Once Was

I bought a JBL ARC Sub10 powered woofer (over 300 bucks) a couple years ago for use with my home theater. A nice looking unit for sure. However, it is now blowing fuses, and it is not the power transformer that is bad...something on the circuit board...
