Do Not Bother

I got these as just a place holder for few weeks while waiting for new speakers - They are really bad -

Cheap - Produce sound

When I got them one speaker was just rolling around in side the housing. Had to rip it apart and re glue the speaker in. These things basically sound like a pair of headphones laying on the table. Awful feedback as well

Cheap.

Just bought this to get sound and thats exactly what they do. If your looking for quality sound, look at other speakers.

Does exactly what its supposed to do. Produce Sound

Nothing near high quality out of these speakers. Not very accurate in producing true sound

Mono only!

I don't know why anyone would want these. The sound is terrible, but not because of the speakers; it's because the left and right channels are mixed (summed) and sent to both speakers. Result: 1970's AM radio sound. Or worse. I love Newegg, but boo to...

Best bang for the buck!

You really can't beat these for the price! I bought a $10 set of those round ones from Walmart with a battery powered amp and they broke a week later. These are USB powered so they are nice and loud without the extra pricetag. I needed these for music...

Small size, LOUD sound, on-speaker controls, slightly longer then normal cord length, cheap

does sound is a bit "tin-canned", maybe not the best for hardcore music listeners or gamers. Perfect for office

Decent speakers, low price

There is a USB plug and a stereo plug for the sound card. The USB provides the power for the Amp. If you are thinking these speakers are not working because you only have the speaker jack plugged in or only the USB plug, you don't have the speakers...

Low price, ease of use. No power supply needed, built in amplifier

Sound is tin can like. Would be better with a sub-woofer setup. A lil documentation for setting up the speakers would help in preventing errors in setup
