Review: Logic 3 iStation Traveller for iPhone & iPod touch

The iStation Traveller is a good combination of small size, decent sound quality, and a reasonable price, although its video-viewing design isn't perfect.

Very portable ; good sound quality for the size ; cradle provides both upright (vertical) and video-viewing (horizontal) modes

Vertical mode fits iPod touch awkwardly ; sits a bit too upright for video viewing ; no docking or charging features

To listen to audio, you give the two sides of the system a gentle tug; they pull apart, revealing a cradle for your iPhone or iPod touch. You just plug in the audio cable, turn on the Traveller, and press play. And if you want to watch video, a firmer...

A handy iPod stereo at a good price for iPhone and iPod touch.

Great sound quality.Small size.Well-designed.Includes carrying pouch and 2.5mm adapter for cell phones

Interference when using EDGE or GSM radio.Weak bass.No Dock connector

The only thing preventing the iPhone and iPod touch from being a true multimedia powerhouse is its speaker. The spacious display and storage capacity make watching movies on the go a pleasure- as long as you’re using headphones. Invite a few people t

Review: Logic3 i-Station Traveller for iPhone & iPod touch

Both of these speakers-Logic3's i-Station Traveller for iPhone and iPod touch ($60) and DLO's Portable Speakers for iPhone ($50)-are in the "in-between" category, sized to fit into a small bag or briefcase rather than squeezing into your pocket or...

The Portable Speakers for iPhone are another story: they promise interference-free iPhone audio and deliver, offering superior sound quality and speaker versatility to their more expensive competitor here, while preserving the same general package of...

Logic3 i-Station Traveller Universal Active Stereo Speakers

Few companies have chased the bargain portable audio market with the energy of Logic3, maker of the popular i-Station series of travel speakers. The company's latest design i-Station Traveller ($35) is its lowest-cost iPod-ready audio system yet,...

A highly packable, budget-priced, battery-powered speaker system compatible with all past and present iPod models thanks to a unique folding and expanding design. Very good sound for the price, includes metal grille guards and a simple carrying sleeve...

Doesn't include AC adapter like chief rival, which sells for an even lower price ; sound is treble- and mid-optimized with less bass than same rival ; Few companies have chased the bargain portable audio market with the energy of Logic3, maker of the...

Overall, we were generally very impressed by i-Station Traveller: its size, colorful, iPod-matching looks, very good sound for the price, and multi-iPod compatibility make it a really strong choice for budget-conscious users. If there had been a power...

Review: Logic3 i-Station Traveller speakers for iPhone and iPod Touch (IP104B) | Absolute Gadget

Those of you that count yourselves lucky enough to own the iPhone may want to have a handy set of speakers that show off your Jesus phone to full effect. The trouble is that most normal speakers tend to also broadcast the annoying beeps that phones...

Overall, this is a set of speakers at the lower end of the market and for what they costs they do a reasonable job. However, you will find better (and pricier) speakers elsewhere

Logic3 i-Station Traveller

i-Accessories are everywhere and it is easy to become overwhelmed by the sheer weight of MP3 player paraphernalia. However, the Logic3 i-Station Traveller speakers are inexpensive and look like an ideal music-on-the-move solution.

Tough, price, easy to use, connected cable stores in slot on back, sound quality up to maximum volume, good battery life, will fit almost any MP3 player, phone or laptop with 3.5mm jack socket

Limited positioning due to short speaker cable, not most stylish speakers, distortion at full volume on base notes

While not the most stylish of portable speakers, these are tough and produce good sound quality, they come with the four AAA batteries and a cloth carry case. And, when you look at the price they make even more sense and are quite simply the ideal...

Logic3 i-Station Traveller portable speakers

Years ago, long before the iPod Revolution of 2001, somebody somewhere came up with the ingenious idea of packing portable speakers and then plugging their Discman in so they could listen to music in a hotel room, as very few hotel rooms had stereos of...
