Logitech Wireless Boombox for iPad review: Logitech Wireless Boombox for iPad

Logitech Wireless Boombox for iPad

Powered by eight drivers, the ; uses Bluetooth connectivity to play music wirelessly from Bluetooth devices, including the iPad and other tablets.

Its bulky stature is best for stationary use, and competitive models offer slightly diminished sonic quality in a much smaller candy-bar design.

Logitech wins again with the Wireless Boombox for iPad, delivering a speaker that sounds great and won't empty your wallet. We recommend it for stationary indoor and outdoor use, but portable music lovers should keep shopping.

Logitech Wireless Boombox

The $150 Logitech Wireless Boombox is a small, light battery-powered Bluetooth speaker system that lets you listen to your music sans wires anywhere with solid, if not powerful, sound.

Inexpensive. Small and light. Solid wireless audio quality. Included 3.5mm cable makes it compatible with any audio device with a headphone jack.

Weak bass. Foot can vibrate with bass-heavy songs.

Logitech Wireless Boombox Review

AirPlay devices typically follow a predictable formula: big sound from a single speaker, wireless audio and costing anywhere from $300 to $600. What if

The Wireless Boombox is a speaker with a rechargeable battery and uses Bluetooth as the means to connect to various audio sources. It also allow for wired connections using an auxiliary 3.5mm audio input. It sacrifices portability due to its larger...

Logitech Wireless Boombox review

Logitech's Wireless Boombox looks quite like some of its siblings, especially the Logitech Rechargeable Speaker S715i.

If you intend to use theLogitech Wireless Boombox mainly with an iPhone or iPod, the similarly-priced S715i may be the better option: It charges your device while you listen to music and includes a (tiny) remote. The S715i also sounds better on battery...

Excellent little speaker

I got this speaker to use for casual music listening and it doesn't disappoint. It quickly and easily pairs with my phone and the battery lasts about 4-6 hours depending on volume. One quirk is that the bass gets significantly stronger when the speaker...

The bluetooth range is great Compared to other speakers the bass is excellent

The battery dies fast when volume is high

Great wireless speaker, exceptional for the price

I wanted to check the state of some new Airplay speakers, so I decided to compare a few of them, namely the: - Bose SoundLink Air - Pioneer A4 XW-SMA4-K - Pioneer A3 XW-SMA3-K - Logitech Wireless Boombox Right off the bat, you can notice that the...

Really good sound Really inexpensive for what you get Bluetooth is easy to setup

Could use a little bit more bass Swapping between bluetooth devices is a bit awkward

The Best Bluetooth Loud Speaker Set Yet

I actually had the smallerZ575 which was more portable but less Boom for the buck This BT Wireless Boom Box is the best there is for the price. I actually sold my Z575 on eBay and bought this one when it went on sale at Best Buy for $109.00, I had to...

Loud, crisp sound and I'm able to plug in a device that doesn't have bluetooth or unplug the power source and go rogue

Detaching the electric power source to use just the batteries lessens it boom.....

Great sound good price almost to bulky.

Good system great price. long battery life.

great sound for a wireless system. Holds a six hour charge time with the rechargeable battery. And has a great range of tone for that deep bass and hirange.

Not as great of sound when not plugged into the wall. It's a bit bulky to cary around with you unless you have a bag for it.

Crazy good sound for the price!

I purchased the boombox to have something to use poolside and on the beach for an upcoming trip. I read a lot of the reviews and decided so save $50 from the Jawbone Jambox price and get better sound. Man I am glad I did. This really opened my eyes to...

Sounds great even unplugged through blue-tooth. No more batteries and no more chords.

It is pretty big. Needs a power cable to charge.

Fair to Partly, all things considered

I was close to choosing the Bose Soundlink as my choice for a portable, bluetooth device to use with my Motorola Bionic or Acer Tablet. They sounded fairly decent in the store, but that's in the store. While home, doing review searches on the Bose, I...

Portability, ease of setup

Muffled sound, mediocre bass
