Using 4 OM-R2's for the surround and rear -center speakers in a 7.1 system. Replacing 2 Mirage 260's. Chose these over the Mirage Omnisat speakers for better dynamic range and for a more "omni" effect even though these are not omni-directional speakers...

excellent for surround speakers in DD, DTS and 5ch stereo.with the rest of the Mirage OM line (OM-10 and OM-C2 and BPS-150) it creats a diffuse and spacious sound for both music and movies. I have got these moutned on the rear wall close to the ceiling...

Mirage Loudspeakers OM-R2

Excellent speaker for home theater. It's paired with Rogers main speakers and Mirage center speaker OM-C2, and amplified by a Yamaha 2095. Delicious! Highly recommended.
