I got 2 pair of these to use as my 7.1 surround system speakers (on sale at the Egg). Considering price per performance I think they're pretty hard to beat. The bracket worked well for mounting them to the ceiling, I didn't have to go searching for mounts

Yes, they're a little brighter than you might like for a set of front speakers, but not that bad considering price and size. I just used them as my back 4 surround speakers for a 7.1 system. As all the other reviews say...yeah they're a little bright...

For the price, these speakers cannot be beat. They install easily, look good, and perform well for their size

Bass is somewhat weak, but that should be expected, based upon the size of the product

They sound good, especially for their small size and the outdoor protections

They don't sound as good as the similarly-priced Monitor30. That isn't to say they sound bad. These are quality Polk speakers. They just aren't as good as the Monitor 30

with the discount on black friday they were great buy, not sure if I would pay the regular price, they are quite bright sounding, nice high and crisp ; the other good side is they are not that large, but that is there drawback at the same time

the bass is lacking, having 2 zone option, I had the regular sound system on with 400-600 sub, and then they sounded nice, so they are great if you can pare them with a decent outdoor sub and you will have more quality then you care for outdoors
