Polk Audio Monitor60 Series II

Purchased at a sale price of 99.00 each. Can't beat that deal and free shipping on top of that !

great sound at a greater price. Does take a few days to burn in and the sound gets better. No distortion what so ever. A nice looking speaker

Polk Audio Monitor 60's FTW

These speakers sound so incredible compared to my my old Bose bookshelf front left and rights, I even enjoy advertisements. I was watching Star Trek and a prisoner put a plate down and i could hear the metal plate reverberate. The details I can hear...

Amazing sound, look great, unbeatable price during "Black November." These speakers are work purchasing regardless of what deal is or isn't offered

They aren't usually the "Black November" price

Great pair of speakers

I had been using a pair of KLH 3-way "bookshelf" speakers with 8" woofers for the last 12 years, and thought they sounded pretty good. Hooked these up, and it's amazing how much better the Polk's sound. They're better in every respect, including bass...

Great sound & imaging, plenty of bass, don't take up much more room than a set of bookshelf speakers on stands

Tall and skinny- might be easier to tip over

Best bang for your buck for floorstanding speakers.

I also own the 50's and 70's in the Monitor II line. The 70's are by far the best, but for $100 bucks less a pair, the 60's are a great option. The 60's sound a bit flat out of the box, but give them 30-40 hours of play time and they open up quite a...

Good sound quality. Decent bass for their size. Affordable price @$99.99 each. Polk brand name

A bit wobbly on thicker carpet. Sound is a bit flat out of the box

Good

Good for the money, amazed me when I popped in Battlefield 3 for the first time. Wish it was a bit boomier, but that's what subwoofers are for.

Look good, sound pretty good

Tweeter died out on one of them, but that's because my drunk friend tipped the tower over, I think

Love these!

Didn't want to invest in an amp so the Monitor 70's were not an option. My HK 240 handles these great speakers just fine. Great sound. Too bad they're discontinued.

At $99 each they're by far the best value between price and performance
