DAMaged Everytime Delivered

Newegg just cannot deliver on many fronts

These speakers could not be delivered without damage, I tried until I was told that I could not get them again. Wasted time and not happy that I was lied to by one of the operators that told me that I would get replacement that is undamaged.

Shipping Problems

I've purchased 3 pairs of Polk tower speakers from Newegg in the past. This was my last purchase. Had to refuse 3 shipments (UPS Ground) due to severe damage to the wood cases. The 2 shipments I accepted still had minor damage (broken plastic mesh for...

Great sound with depth and range. The sale price is a steal.

Terrible packaging. Shame on Polk. They used to have complete Styrofoam shells around high-end speakers. Now they have small flat pieces taped to midheight of the speaker that offer little to no protection.

Good speakers bad packing boxes

I think this are ether returns or just last boxes that were moved from one to other corner of the newegg warehouse. I'm disappointed with newegg shipping department, customer service was ok and I got pair good speakers in very good price.

Very nice speakers, plenty of bass, I like the way it sounds. Price is great at this moment.

Speakers are good but horrible packaging. Single paper box and styrofoams on the both ends are not supporting the weight that is 80 lbs!! First pair comes with broken fronts and some scratches. I call support and I got sent quickly new pair this same...

OUTSTANDING SPEAKER

LOVE POLK AUDIO GREAT SPEAKER , GREAT COMPANY

GREAT BUILD, QUIALITY ENCLOSURE, SUPER POWER HANDLING.

HEAVY, BUT THIS ONLY ADDS TO DURABLITY OF SPEAKER. PACKAGING IS NOT ADEQUATE OR SHIPPING PURPOSES; HADTA RETURN 2 SHIPMENTS TO NEW EGG DUE TO DAMAGE TO WOOD.

Selling old damage speakers

The first two speakers came in. One with obvious damages. Contact Newegg and they send a replacement fast. The other found some minor damage to the cover and the name plate and tried to keep it. The replacement come in is same worst. Box opened....

Don't know. For the speakers bought here are broken and none,

All comes in old broken boxes.

Polk use to be great about replacing defects from factory

Polk use to be great about replacing defects from factory, like small holes in grill cloths (Monitor 70's) or cracked grills. Now, Polk won't answer emails nor will they replace parts even when I offered to purchase them. Example: Grills for RTiA9's....

Polk Audio RTi12

If you want an outstanding speaker value and are willing to have something this large in your house, the RTi12 is the ticket. This particular line is on it's way out, which is why the pricing is so attractive. Supplies are probably limited.

This is a very fine speaker and extraordinary value at Newegg prices. It produces the highest highs and lowest lows, while providing amazing clarity. The speaker, which is big, also sounds big. This is a speaker for people, willing to pay $500 or $600...

As mentioned, it is massive. I carried the speaker into my house alone, but just barely. Better to have two people move, unpack and set it up. You would not want this 85 pound speaker to fall on you or your child or pet, but once upright it is quite...
