The Q Acoustics Q7000 hits the performance bull's-eye as comprehensively as it has with the design. Speaker package Product of the Year 2011

Best style package £700-£1000, Awards 2013. Got £900 to spend on a sub/sat package? Spend it here

Cohesive and expansive soundfield ; Strong bass response ; Stacks of detail ; Musical ; Well integrated across the frequency range

Very little at this price

We are rather taken with the Q Acoustics Q7000i speaker system. And it’s in the same way that we were smitten when we first heard the original Q7000.

Q Acoustics Q7000 review

About five years ago Armour Home ceased distributing Mission speakers and made the questionable decision to design and produce its own speaker brand. Q Acoustics was born.

Classy design; high-quality build; good scale, control and dynamic range

Centre may be too tall for some TV stands; over-keen sub needs taming and has tricksy connections

Q Acoustics carefully tests the ‘if it ain't broke don't fix it' maxim.

Exceptionally refined and spacious performance ; Superb in 2.1 ; Solid build and useful features

Sounds less exciting at lower levels ; Effete speaker terminals ; Floorstand is fairly pricey

Small form factor, but big sound

Initially I was a little sceptical on this for a centre speaker due to its size, but I needn't have been. The vocals are clear and defined, and the frequency range is spot on for movies and tv sounds alike

Acoustics Q7000i Centre Speaker

Special order through Leicester shop, arrived at shop for collection in a couple of days. Well made piece of kit, looks superb and sounds just as good as it looks. I am using it as part of a 3:1 system in a smaller L shaped room.and what a difference...
