Samsung HW-H750 Soundbar and HW-H600 Sound Stand Preview

Preview: The Samsung HW-H600 is for those that want an unobtrusive pedestal soundbar while the HW-H750 is for those that wish for a more complete soundbar and wireless sub solution.

It is hard to find realfaults with the new HW-H600 and HW-H750 offerings from Samsung. The HW-H600is for those that want an unobtrusive pedestal soundbar with integrated subwoofers, easy install, and simulated surround. The HW-H750 is for those that...

Samsung HW-H750 Soundbar review

Soundbars are the kings of convenience, stepping in for your tinny TV speakers and bringing pseudo surround sound from a single sleek unit (plus separate subwoofer).

Wireless connections all round ; Plenty of bass boom ; Smart design

Lacks treble detail ; No 4K passthrough ; Unconvincing surround effect

On paper, the Samsung HW-H750 goes beyond its remit by seriously upgrading the sound of your TV, while offering wireless connectivity between every component and even NFC sharing for similarly equipped smartphones. It looks stylish, especially with its...

Samsung HW-H750

Samsung hits the spot with its premium soundbar and wireless subwoofer

Stylish dual-orientation design ; Smooth sound with crisp detail ; Excellent bass slam and integration ; Generous features and connectivity

Expensive ; No 4K passthrough ; No HD audio decoding

Samsung’s top-end soundbar delivers top-drawer sonics and a generous feature list, but the £600 price tag could be off-putting for the typical soundbar buyer.

Great Sound

Easy to setup. Sounds greats and has some serious output levels. A bunch of various sound modes let you customize the sound to what you're watching, though I just use Standard. You can also adjust the treble/bass/subwoofer independently The subwoofer...

Expensive. Even on it's lowest setting, the subwoofer is still pretty loud. When connected with a Samsung TV via the HDMI ARC port, it is supposed to turn on and off automatically with the TV, but it only turns off for me. Not a huge deal though to hit...

great sound and very easy setup

This speaker system is worth the money. It is very easy to setup. The only thing that took a few days to figure out was where the subwoofer sounded the best in the room. Since it is wireless that really wasn't a big deal. I was really glad to get rid...

The best soundbar to use with a Samsung TV

I love this soundbar - the tube pre-amp combined with the digital power amp and powered subwoofer produces a full rich sound. The sound connect features allows the TV remote to control the soundbar also!

For a 4.1 soundbar it provides more than enough volume. I am currently using during a remodel of the room next to it and with the saw's and drills going I can still hear my programs just fine. The highest I have had to turn it to is 22 and it goes to...
