ease of use

not compatiable with iphone 4s as advised it was, therfore sounds very quiet? have sent back for assisstance and has come back exactly the same???????? efficient service though with the return procedure just not corrected the query?? original store...

Great looking dock and good build quality. Sound quality is excellent on speech and radio and the built in battery is very handy for portability.

The unit seems to need a lot of resetting. I returned the first one as I had to reset it everytime I wanted to use it as it refused to power up. The second unit is better but possible as I leave an ipod permanently docked on it - it seems that if you...
