My subwoofer, its great i know for a fact that i'm not popular around my neighbours come the weekend, its quenches my sound thirst. its real deal for money. you have to own it to believe it.

I purchased this unit in November of 2005. It was in use (occasional use) for two years. then it was time to move so I packed back in origional box. Built a new home for two yrs & when i pulled it out of the box, plugged it in, it does not work....

let's face it - most sony subwoofers are best used as large paperweights, but not the SA-WX900 (another best buy) or the SA-WX700. i watch an occasional DVD but my main application is musical - classical, jazz, rock, etc. and i also perform and listen...

I have 2 of these linked together. Pros: it does go down to 20Hz; i tried it with a test cd. it's weak, but it hits it. For the Acoustic Suspension junkies, this is it all the way. No boom to it at all, just low bass you feel. Also, a good bargain for...
