Sony SRS-M50

 

It seems as if these portable speakers would be better used as stationary speakers. They are bulkier than other portable speakers, and the two separate units with the cord could be annoying to carry around. The additional controls on the left speaker...

The Sony SRS-M50 come with an optional AC adaptor in case you run out of batteries

The sound output isn't that impressive

These laptop speakers aren't as powerful or portable as they should be.

"Very low volume"

 

complete waste of money...volume is barely au... 

small...cheap

with iPod and speakers both turned to MAXIMUM volume setting, the sound volume is very low...have trouble actually hearing it...this will be going back to Best Buy tomorrow

"Smooth Sound!"

 

Low price and great sound, runs on batteries. 

I bought these about a month ago. The sound is smooth and vocals and bass are clear and defined. Highs are directional to a degree but overall crisp. Three batteries lasts about 20 hours. I use hybrid batteries, they are weaker but cheep to own

I wish the grills offered a little better protection. Must set the on a smooth flat surface

compact and powerful Speakers

 

I bought these for when i travel overseas and want to listen to high quality sound in my hotel room. The bonus is that they are super compact and have a tiny footprint for being packed in luggage (fit in your hand). At home they can run on 3 AAA...

Not worth the time to buy

 

I have a lot of Sony products but this isn't worth taking home. Volume couldn't be set past mid way with out popping and cracking. For over 50 dollars I expect more.This product has... very poor sound qualityAbout me... music lover
