These Spendors remain excellent speakers, but no longer represent the pinnacle at this price level

Even tonal balance ; detail resolution ; unfussy nature ; excellent build

a little pricey but worth the investment works best with high end equipment such as Cyrus. also looks are not over the top which is fine by me.

excellent sound from what are small speakers

a little bassie when first switch on but settles down after half hour to off a smooth clean sound

if like me you listen to a variety of styles of music and cinema. you need to have speakers that can respond to the variety of frequency ranges and volumes without undue compromise.
