No volume. What a joke. They should know better than to sell these things.

I plugged these speakers into a portable CD player. Even with the volume at maximum you can barely hear the music.

I use them to ride around on my golf cart... which is gas...and we couldnt hear them. But those little M&M speakers work GREAT, AHHMAZING, AND AWESOME!

they are no louder than headphones for the mp3. for the job it does you might as well use the earbuds

My notebook computer has much more volume and better sound than these do. Even just playing off my Blackberry has more volume. I can't believe all non-powered speakers are this quiet. I'm returning mine.

These are great little speakers, easy to use and you just plug them into a headphone jack. I can use them with my desktop computer, ipod or laptop. I like that they don't need batteries or a separate power source.

With initial setup, there isn't any sound. I need to redo set up before I can make any comments on the value of this item
