Piece of crap!

I know this is not an Ipad and was not expecting it to be. I just wanted something to keep next to the bed to get email, check Facebook, and watch Youtube video's on something larger than my IPhone.. This thing made it almost impossible to do anything....

Do not mistake this with an Archos. This is a cheaper made cousin made by a Chinese subsidiary of Archos. Slow as ****! Resistive touch screen is the worst I have used, even after numerous calibrations. Could not type text properly at all. Sound is so lo

Just a poor product.

Hoping now to send it back to Amazon.

None at all

At 3 days old & having charging and battery issues. Tried twice to get tech support and got no replies to my emails. There support site they would respond within two bussiness days. I am still waiting after 3 weeks

Perfect gizmo for the older crowd

I bought this device for my mother to use at her craft shows with the Square app and dongle, since she doesn\'t want a smart phone. It works just as well since it\'s running off of Gingerbread, but would have much preferred it to come with Honeycomb....

Arnova 8

You may not have heard of the Arnova 8, but it's one of the most affordable tablets to hit the market. It's available through Asda, and costs under £100. Read on to find out if it's any good.

The Arnova 8 gets an 8-inch screen that's a great size for carrying around. It looks good for the money, and build quality isn't too bad. It's surprisingly heavy, however, which can prove tiresome when holding in one hand

Unfortunately, the screen on the Arnova 8 is a resistive panel, and it proved incredibly unresponsive. We found ourselves having to tap it two or three times before it responded to our actions, and a sluggish processor compounds the issue

Overall, then, it's definitely worth spending a little more on your tablet. The Arnova 8 is cheap, but it just can't compete with any of its rivals.
