Disgo Tablet 9104 review

The Disgo Tablet 9104 seems to pack an awful lot in for just £170. It has Android 4.0, 16GB of built-in storage and, most importantly, a 9.7in, 1,024x768 display. This is the same screen as was used on the iPad 2, and is several steps above most budget...

A competent budget tablet whose party is very much spoilt by the Google Nexus 7

Disgo Tablet 9104

A sub-£180 tablet with a 9.7in IPS screen. Sounds like a winner, but is it one?

Aluminium rear ; High-quality IPS screen ; Fairly lightweight

No Google Play store ; Some slowdown in non-demanding apps ; Slow to charge ; Dated mini USB/power connections ; No Bluetooth

We take a look at the budget Android Disgo Tablet 9104 to see if it's up to scratch

Well built,Aluminium unibody,Looks quite good,Nice display,Plenty of storage

Lacks Android functionality,No Google Play,Some stuttering,Stability issues,Proprietary charging

Would've been a decent Android tablet offering if not for the buggy Android implementation and lack of Google Play. One to avoid.

Need this to support mydistance learning... it is ab fab - works a treat - flash player and everything - great value for money.... i would definately recommend it. - julie

can think of any - bearing in mind the price... it would be nice tho;' if it has a cover which meant it sort of tilted when on the table or somewhere similar. but does the job.- julie

Does everything i have asked it to do ; Youtube , Facebook , email , BBC Iplayer are all available for this with a little google search ; Download Skyfire browser and you can watch the bbc iplayer ; There is a hack easily available online which enables...

Having to use the hack to enable google play. Even though it only takes a few minutes it would have been easier if it was already installed
