My granddaughter loves the leap pad but the screen on her first one broke and is not replaceable. Had to purchase full price new one or all the money spent on games would have been lost. Got a great deal on new one from Best Buy...better price than a...

Easy enough for 2 yr old to play unassisted, love the rechargeable battery pack, ( sold separately)

Games can be pricey, customer service..2 and 3 year olds tend not to take care of things, screen breaks easily

I love the leap frog pad 2

 

The leap frog pad 2 is great for all early levels. It is easy to use and yet challenging enough to learn. It is very easy to set up and download. I love that I can use the leap frog games in the pad 2. Great value.

Buy protection if an option because if dropped screen will crack. Also worth buying the battery pack. My four year old loves his leap pad has a variety of games to choose from
