Lenovo A2107 Tablet Review

Android tablets have matured from single core processors to dual core ones with quad core already flooding the China market and waiting to be introduced here pretty soon. With dual-core tablets already retailing, Lenovo has recently launched the 7-inch...

Lenovo IdeaTab A2107A Android tablet review

Lenovo's IdeaTab A2107A is the smaller 7in version of the Lenovo IdeaTab A2109A tablet. It costs just £150, with 3G connectivity as standard, plus 16GB of expandable storage.

We really want to like the IdeaTab: it's so cheap, and comes with a nice (if heavy) chassis and built-in 3G. But it's so slow, and the screen could be improved. Our advice is to stick with the Nexus 7, even if that means splashing out £239 for a 32GB...

Lenovo IdeaTab A2107 review

The Lenovo IdeaTab A2107 might only be £150, but its poor screen, terrible performance, outdated software and unimpressive camera don't even justify that. I highly recommend avoiding this tablet at all costs.

Cheap ; Expandable storage ; Dual SIM-card slots ; Technically functions as a tablet ; Has a camera

Awful low-resolution screen ; Abysmal performance from low-powered processor ; Older version of Android ; Unimpressive camera results ; Removable back section is annoying

While the IdeaTab A2107 is certainly cheap, it's far from cheerful. Its appalling screen, along with its abysmal performance, makes it unpleasant to use for even the most basic of tasks. For only £10 more you can buy the excellent Google Nexus 7, which...

Lenovo IdeaTab A2107

Hands-on preview: A handy 7in Android tablet from Lenovo. Should Samsung and Asus be worried?

Without knowing the price of the Lenovo IdeaTab A2107, we can't make any conclusions about whether it has much of a chance of success. However, given its screen issues and the limited power it has on tap, Lenovo will have to be pretty aggressive to...

Lenovo IdeaTab A2107A review

The Lenovo IdeaTab A2107A is the Chinese company'sentry-level seven-inch tablet, coming in with a lower spec than thenine-inch A2109A and running Android 4.0. But has it got the goodsto make it worth your while?

Wired: Sturdy build, dual SIMs, low price

Tired: Screen could be sharper, poor camera

For the price, the Lenovo A2107A is a decent littleseven-inch tablet, sturdily built, running Ice Cream Sandwich andwith a decent set of features. It's a bit underpowered, and thecamera's poor, but otherwise it's a decent budget introduction toAndroid...

Lenovo IdeaTab A2107 tablet review

The Lenovo IdeaTab A2107 targets the same ultra-affordable, mini-tablet space currently dominated by Google's Asus-built Nexus 7.

Solid build quality, upgradable storage, reasonable battery life, cheap

Poor screen, underpowered, boxy design, software additions aren't great

A disappointing tablet, whose low cost does not make up for its poor screen and processor.

Great little tablet

For the price and the specs, you really can't get a better deal. Even being refurbished, it looks brand new

Nice tablet for kids

Bought this for my 4 year old grand daughter, she is so happy to have her own tablet, it's not an iPad ( which she loves) but she works it like a pro in just a month. Highly recommend this for younger kids, with support for google play you can't beat...

Oldie but Goodie
