Review Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 SM-T210 Tablet

The little three. The Galaxy Tab 3 in its 7-inch size is the chea

Bright screen; Good workmanship; Great TouchWiz interface; Extensive software package; Decent speakers

Low contrast; Strong blue tint; Mediocre system performance; Crashes caused by the graphics chip; Bloatware; Average battery life; Poor image quality of the camera

Samsung lags behind the competition with this tablet.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 Kids

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 Kids combines an enjoyable, child-friendly mobile experience with long battery life, but its specs trail cheaper tablets.

Attractive user interface for kids; Colorful design; Smooth performance

Can't create multiple user profiles; No child-friendly browser pre-installed; Lower-res screen than cheaper tablets

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 Kids offers a pleasant child-friendly experience that's sure to keep children entertained. Parents can hand-pick apps and place restrictions on when children use the tablet. At the same time, parents and older children can...

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 preview: First look

Samsung is in no mood to invest much time and effort in its Galaxy Tab range of tablets. With the Note family getting the premium treatment, the new generation of Tabs would suffice with a mild facelift and a software upgrade.

What time is it?

This is the first network-aware device I've gotten in a decade that was unable to set its own clock. When they don't even get such a basic, fundamental thing right, you can't help but wonder what other basic, fundamental things are wrong. Google maps...

Seems to run most apps well enough

It can not figure out what time it is, either from its GPS or from the network (NTP). When it resets, which it does more frequently than it should, the clock goes back to 00:00 1 Jan 2012 GMT. No warning of this when it boots up, but most of its apps...

not impressed

got an exceptional deal thru the email, I was willing to take the gamble and give it a try. As of the time of this review, I would not buy another one.

Respectable battery life, vibrant display colors ; Device is "Okay" for checking email, facebook, a few good learning apps available for small children, etc, but overall I do not find this device exceptional. it works

Loaded with bloat ware, sluggish operation, Every other App wanted the user to purchase the application

SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab 3 7.0

love it, does everything i wanted it to do

lags a little, not an issue. BUT WHERE IS MY $10 Google Play, 3 months of Hulu Plus, & 12 months of Boingo access. no sign of it anywhere.... little disapointed about that

Samsung really let me down

I should have bought a Tab 2

Clean, bright display ; Simple navigation ; Android (I'm not an iOS fan) ; I can work and play on it

I bought this to replace my lost Tab 2 7.0, which I was very, very happy with. I was a Samsung evangelist. The main reason for buying the Tab 3 was because it used a microUSB charger port, instead of the proprietary port on the Tab 2. And I was so...

Nice tablet for non-power users

I needed to do something about my failing dedicated GPS. The problems prompted me to consider that if I was going to spend that much money, I may as well get something which does more, so I picked this. Coupled with a good GPS app for $9 and a good...

It's about what I expected. It's perfect for a carry-about tablet to record notes, appointments, etc. It has a SD card slot, so the limited storage on the device can be supplemented by up to 32 GB. The size and weight allow it be held in one hand...

It has no user-replaceable battery. The wi-fi connectivity range is less than I expected but not enough to take away any stars

The best tablet out for $150

I really liked this tablet, but I had trouble with mine (probably an isolated case) and I tried the nexus 7 2.0 and although there are things I like about this tablet better, the speed of the nexus made this a non-competitor in the two hundred dollar...

Built in buttons make the screen larger ; It's the perfect size. (nexus 7 2 is too tall. my thumbs dont meet in the middle) ; It has a nice screen (do you need 1080p on a 7" display...) ; micro sd card slot (ill miss this the most) ; runs square...

its not 150 bucks ; camera is useless ; it doesnt compete with the nexus 7 2 on speed ; I had trouble with mine (it would lock up and say kernel panic upload mode and get hot)
