Storage Options Scroll 7in Tablet PC review

 

The Scroll is by far the cheapest Android tablet we've seen. It has Android 2.3, an HDMI output for 1080p video and a variety of features and applications you'd expect to find on a tablet, such as Facebook, email, Amazon's Kindle app and a web browser.
