I love the big wide slots for toasting bread, bagels or sliced rolls, however the toaster lever has a problem "clicking" down. Once it's down, it stays down and works, however getting down is a different issue.

So far this toaster is working fine. It's lighter than I thought it would be. It makes toast fine. It has the features advertised. The cord could have be a little longer. I'm hoping it lasts longer than the egg poaching model we had previously.

I had always thought that a toaster was a toaster until we got this one! Can you say, WOW! The toast is held on centre by the toaster, so the bread is toasted the exact same amount on both sides. What a difference that makes.
