It sucks

I am a big B&D fan but this thing is by far the worst B&D product. I do not recommend unless you would need this as a temp for another better product.

It heats up stuff... :)

Well, it worked great for about a year and still works. However, the LCD screen is now completely dead, you cannot tell any measurements or selections... it's a luck thing now. Thank goodness the only thing I use this for is to toast

Easy Bake Oven for Grown-Ups

Exterior of oven will get hot- especially top. Be careful. Over-all a great purchase. Cuts my warm-up time to 4 minutes down from 20 compared to my home oven.

Convection ; Quick-Pre Heat ; Large Capacity ; Cooking guide included ; Includes 12" Pizza tray and two more trays to bake in

Packaging holding accessories together in box... Use knife to cut the tape! If you try to break the tape by hand you might warp / bend some of the thin trays that come with the cooker

Great while it lasted!

I used this marvelous machine to daily toast breads, to bake bundt cakes and cupcakes monthly and even cooked pizzas on occasion. I love the automatic shut off and bell features. To my dismay the top element stopped working after two years, which...

Stopped working properly after 2 years

Won't broil

N/A

Broiler does not work. The elements don't light up and the oven never heats up. When I use it for other cooking it takes for ever to warm up and cook. Probably because it's only using half it's heating elements. trying to contact B&D to get help

Great Oven

When it goes on sale in the mid 60$ range its a steal.

This oven has convection and cooks very well. Temperature is very accurate and can be set using digital controls. Preheats quickly. Large interior for a toaster oven. Oven shuts off automatically so you don't ruin food

The LCD display could be a bit brighter(hard to read in dim light)and the buttons have a snap-click feel - the controls and display seem like they came from an an early 80s VCR. Cook time cannot be adjusted until the oven preheats. Oven exterior gets...

good purchase

really a nice quality toaster oven and worth the few dollars more over a cheap one

roomy ; convenient buttons for different foods ; digital controls

takes a bit longer for toast than a regular toaster

Amazing Toaster Oven, Acceptable Toaster

If you want to use this for some serious cooking, you will need to buy a quality Pyrex dish. I cannot stress that part enough. The included tray is flimsy and it doesn't clean easy at all. However, it has a perforated sheet that lies on top of it...

Digital controls ; Convection works great ; Removable bottom tray is easy to clean ; Great size ; Heats up quick ; Powerful heating element ; Potential conventional oven replacement if you cook for 1-3 people

Slightly uneven heat distribution. It is just slightly hotter towards the back, only noticeable for longer cooking periods and on toast ; Toasting bread takes a little longer than a standalone toaster ; It does an acceptable job on bread toasting, but...

Beware

Mine looks just like this but is model CTO6301. I don't hate it enough to throw it away and shop for another, but I wouldn't buy it again.

Good crumb tray design - easy to clean. Has lasted quite a few years for me. Good broiler

Sucks as a toaster. Has digital settings of 1 - 10. Anything over 1 will burn toast. What is the point of settings 2 - 10? Loss of power defaults to power level 4 or 5 (I can't remember exactly) resulting in lots of unexpected burned items

Best toaster oven I've ever owned

All in all, this is a fantastic kitchen appliance. One of the most useful I have ever owned. I use it daily and I would buy it again over anything else on the market. Just watch the door does not come crashing down on anything (mine landed on a kitchen...

What makes this so much better than other toaster ovens are the digital controls. Every other toaster oven I have ever had has failed at some point due to the manual control knobs breaking/failing. This is simply not possible here. This thing is also...

The door does not have any sort of padding mechanism and will crash into the country when you open it. The plastic handle on mine cracked in half within 6 months. It is still broken and does not really affect functionality. Not worth losing a star...
