Had this model for 8 months when one side stopped working,Hoping that this was just unlucky and that the replacement will be ok.

poor toaster half of the elements did not work and when doing toast one side was done and other side was not, tuck it back and change for another one that toaster was just the same

perfect,,just what i needed, perfect for smaller items, ie pancakes, crumpets, and of course fab for toasting bread

This new toaster is fab. The shape is slimline and doesn't take up as much room as other 4 slice toasters.

This is probably the best toaster i've ever owned. Definately recommend. It does the toast, just perfect - crispy on the outside, but soft inside.

this has to be the slowest toaster ever made its awful, will not be buying another thats for sure, put the toast in then just wait for ages

It is a lovely looking toaster but the truth is it will NOT take a full slice, but if you are happy to turn it around go for it. !1 good thing it WILL take a thick slice
