after a long-term usage, this toaster has a never-ending burning smell from the crumbs and flakes in the bottom that you cannot get to and remove. good for about 1-2 years then its junk.

This is a great toaster. Have no problem whatsoever with it and would buy it again. When I read the negative reviews it made the toaster seem junk but it certainly is not.

This toaster works ok but when I opened the box and took it out,,,,,,, wow, huge dent on the back about the size of a childs football. I kept it anyway since mine stopped working. I was not happy.

Got this toaster for less than $20 at Costco. I keep bread in the freezer and am very pleased with the three "buttons": cancel (pops toast up), frozen, and bagel. Makes perfect toast, bagels, and english muffins for me. Easy clean. Compact.

Hamilton Beach 2-Slice Toaster well desined and high end manufactured item with very moderate price. Working OK, general pretty same from all sides. Power cord too short, but for me is no problem. I realy like it.

I've had this toaster for about 3 months. It toasts evenly and the darkness adjustment works perfectly. Has great features like optional one face toasting for bagels. The brushed chrome finish looks like stainless steel and doesn't show finger prints.

This toaster works as expected. It is stylish, goes with our other stainless appliances and makes perfect toast with little effort. Simply a great, simple product.
