I have purchased cheaper toasters in the past but they have not lasted long. Time will tell on this one! Funky shape. Toasts well marvellous!

Cookworks 2 Slice WH

Having a button on the Handle to open and close the whistling cover to pour hot water in the cup is very handy and safe.Would have liked brushed steel to stainless. Also the Base should be a little heavier to last longer.

Dualit 40474 Conventional Toaster

I have had my Dualit 4-slice toaster in chrome for about six years and have had no problems with it. It toasts wonderfully, looks beautiful and seems to be built to last. We also have two of the sandwich cages which make great grilled cheese...

DELONGHI RO2058 Convection Oven w/Rotisserie, 12.5L, .5 cu.ft, Black

Unfortunately one element does not work and it is very slow to heat up. From all the complaints, I really am not interested in spending hours of my life I won't get back speaking to customer service.

Sunbeam 2 Slice Toaster

It worked fine for a couple of months only, and then stopped working. Very unreliable and a badly designed product.

Dualit 45373

This toaster worked fine for a few weeks. Then we damaged the cord and needed to get it replaced. It hasn't worked since. Turns out, according to Dualit company representative, this is one of the only toasters that has not many replaceable parts in it....

Kambrook KT50 / KT60

I bought this toaster a few days ago to replace a cheap Abode one from BigW that finally wouldn't stay down. First two slices of bread I toasted on setting 4 - both stiff and hard and overcooked. Then one slice on 3 - burnt one side. I am yet to try on...

Sunbeam NutriOven

I wrote a review on another brand that died within 18 months and this unit is nearing that vintage. It is working OK but the heat markings have worn off (common problem) and it came minus a silicone plug that helped steady the bowl on the unit. This...

Black & Decker TRO4075B Toast-R-Oven 1500-Watt 4-Slice Toaster Oven

I love the size of this toaster oven. Big enough to toast 4 slice of bread, etc. but it doesnt' take up a lot of counter space. Only problem I have is the dial for toasting is hard to judge the proper setting I have burnt toast so I keep an eye on the...

Morphy Richards 44416

Bought this toaster in December 2010 and, at most, it was used once every couple of weeks. A couple of months in it was taking some serious persuasion to get the bread to stay down and more often than not we resorted to using the grill on the cooker! 3...

KitchenAid 5KTT890BBU

I bought this toaster as it matched my kitchen and I already owned other Kitchenaid appliances. Seemed a quality item and worked fine for almost a year then the 'beep' stopped working on one of the sides and now the toast slots don't work at all. It...

Hamilton Beach 22288 2-Slice Toaster

Black & Decker TMB10-SL Toaster-R-Oven Mounting Hood

I had the oven and mount and when it was dc'd had to find another (backup). It is perfect for toasting and reheating or as an extra small oven. Like it under the cupboard so I still have the counter top surface available.

Oster 6265 Inspire 6-Slice Toaster Oven, Brushed Stainless Steel

This is so much harder to get good toast with than our old DeLonghi... Disappointing that what is generally a good appliance has such an "all or nothing" result on toast. There's no separate toast setting, only a one-hour timer. So turning the timer...

Toastmaster 4-Slice Toaster Oven

This 4-slice model is one of the cheapest toasters around, but it can't brown toast evenly. There's a lever to lift toast high above the slots for safe and easy removal. It has no reheat, defrost and keep warm settings; the top of the toaster...

Proctor Silex 2 Slice Toaster - Red

In spite of its plain Jane looks and rock bottom price, the white and gray plastic Proctor Silex can be counted on to toast well with both one and two slices. Plus it can handle a hearty slice, a fat bagel, and a skinny English muffin. We found it hard...
