My toaster of 12 months was burning my toast so it was replaced 3 months later the new one it setting off my safety switch so because it was given to me out of good will I don't get a new one thanks sunbeam now I don't have a toaster

I agree with other reviews that say this Russell Hobbs toaster is dreadful. Normal size bread slices do not pop up/rise up past the top of the toaster so to fish them out you need to turn off the powerpoint in case you get electrocuted AND the outside...

Came out of the box with dents on the top, had a hollow feel to it making the sides of the toaster pop in and out. This was not acceptable with the price of the item, did not use it and returned it to store.

now i find i have to clean this A LOT a whole lot more then i have ever had to clean any other toaster over i have ever owned. and if i dont clean it after EVERY use it smokes 100x more it normal smokes

be warned, this is actually bright turquoise and will clash horribly with all you pretty blue and duck egg blue kitchen items e.g. the Nigella range. I returned mine.
