This was just a great item, just what I thought it would be, I love my toaster and loved the ease in purchasing it and the shipping was quick. A very smooth transaction.

This expensive toaster is the worst I have ever owned. I have to slam the levers down to get them to stay down. Toasting is uneven and inconsistent. Slots are too short for store bought rye bread. Sorry I purchased it.

It looks pretty for a retro-look toaster

Slots are too short - for example rye bread won't fit in the short slots. Down handles don't latch well - have to slam them down to get them to stick.

The original toaster did not toast on one side. Reolacement did work better, but toast is uneven. Looks good. Not worth the price. Could have gotten a better toaster for less money.
