I replaced my Oster with this unit and so far I am very happy with it - Easy to use, excellent heating, easy to clean, and less bulky than my Oster. This would be a good toaster-oven size for employees' break-room or students' dorm-room.

I use this appliance daily. The only con I have found is that if you set the toast shade and decide you need it out sooner it is hard to get toaster to cut off at that moment and not finish the toasting cycle.
