Fantastic product, arrived on time (even through it is a 3rd party seller) all was first class

This toaster looks fantasic and its a good job. Its very uneven in its toasting. The first slot underdone compared to the other 2 slots. I am thinking of getting a cheap Tesco toaster to use and just leave the Dualit as a pretty ornament!!
