Looks great and copes beautifully with thick toast and muffins. The courier just left it on the doorstep, luckily it was still there when we arrived home late at night.

our first dualit toaster element blew.we are now using the replacement but there is arcing from the bottom when the slider handle is pushed down to toasting position,but thankfully it is still working and it toasts lovely.
