This toaster takes forever to toast a simple piece of bread. Even on the highest setting does not completely toast wheat bread. The inside elements do not get as hot as the outside ones, so it is impossible to toast bagels or english muffins, or two...

Order processing, delivery, and condition were all great, but I have seen more efficient toasters, i.e., it toasts very slowly, which is not a good thing on a tight schedule in the morning.
