KitchenAid Countertop Oven - Black (10")

The top heating elements stopped working after 4-months, and the unit needs to be unplugged for the bottom elements to stop heating. My true rating is zero-stars.

We use this in our break room in our office; the product works well if you just want to heat something up but if you want to toast bread you will have to wait at least 15 minutes in order to get a light brown color.

I\'m returning this item this week. I ordered it on-line and used it twice , the burning odor I was left with led me to see the left vent was blocked and a paint finish issue was evident. I\'m a big fan of J&R, this is about Kitchenaid.

Oven needs to preheat, even when you toast. It takes forever. Lots of 'steps' just to toast some bagels or bread. Gone are the days of just pushing a button after setting light or dark. It does warm food decently but again, it takes forever for the...
