Kenwood TT920

Toaster sent is not one ordered, the Kenwood TT920. One received does not have warming shelf and is much more cumbersome.

Toasted bread unevenly - outside edges burnt, inside under cooked - and it broke within 1 month of owning it. Very poor quality. Definitely one to avoid. The worst toaster I have ever used.

I read the reviews and decided not to take the advice others had left and obviously I should have... Dont get me wrong its a good toaster. It goes with my kitchen, takes four slices, has a warming rack which I found very hard to find in most toasters...

Am pleased with item, but it is a little difficult to get level of browning just right. We like the croissant warming rack, hence why we chose this model - couldn't find a similar one in the shops.

Looks good. But it doesn't lift the toast high enough and it leaks crumbs over the worktop. I wouldn't buy one again.

We bought this toaster as we were making bread in the bread machine and finding it hard to get the bread into our 2 slice toaster. We had to chop the tops of as it makes bread a bit bigger than standard. It did the job as far as that was concerned....

Looks better than it toasts. Uneven, and lift mechanism is not high enough (I don't recommend it for crumpets!). Wish I'd kept my old toaster.
