it is the best toaster i have had, and i have had some cheap rubbish ones in the past. i can put thick or thin bread in and cooks crumpets fairly well has to be turned right up. and i like the shape and colour...

Cheap, but as good as much more expensive toasters.

Bit fiddly to get small slices out

Looks good. East to use. Liked the control on the front.

Sounds a bit 'tinny' when it pops up. Doesn't toast completely evenly but better than my last, much more expensive one.

It does what it should do, toast food!!!!

The High Lift is anything but. It comes up less than 1/2 inch which means to remove any smaller size bread slices or Tea Cakes the only way is to switch off at the wall, un-plug, then poke something inside to remove what ever has been toasted.
