Heat control dial doesn't work properly - bread often burns. Cancel button doesn't work. Not sure how/why the 'defrost' button is there - all it does is burn food items

The toaster looks good, is easy to use and toasts fairly evenly. The Slots are a good size and take larger slices of bread from brands like Kingsmill and Warburtons or teacakes etc. The reheat facility is useful

The dial goes up to 9 - not really necessary as any thing beyond 2 will burn

Lovely looking toaster just a shame for the price i paid for it, it almost torched both sides of the bread and this was on the LOWEST SETTING BAR ONE LITTLE CLICK. SETTING 1.2 maybe really DO NOT buy it. it's a shame because I use to own a 4 slice...

Rather difficult to set the 'browning' degree - seems to vary but may even out with further use. Otherwise - normal

Returned this toaster as I ordered it to match other products in my kitchen. Thought it was a satinised s/steel finish. Although product details didn't specify satinised - I went by the illustration which certainly does not indicate a shiny finish....
